What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver all over Egypt! Just choose your preferred location upon checkout and it will be delivered to you.

What is your delivery cost?

How long does it take for products to be delivered?

Our delivery times usually take between 7-10 days. If there is a delay with product delivery please contact customer support at 15073

How do I manage my account details?

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

No worries! Go to the top of our website and click log in, you will be redirected to the login page, simply click forgot your password and you will be sent an email directing you on how to change your password.

How do I know my order has been accepted?

Congrats on making your order! Once your order is placed, you should be receiving an email with your tracking number that you can use to follow up on your order. If you haven’t received an email please check your junk mail or contact us.

Why is my order delayed?

There are missing items in my received order, what do I do?

What are your different payment options?

We at IMAGE accept credit & debit card, cash on delivery and you can also pay through Valu.

Why did my payment fail?

We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard and Valu. Please make sure your card details and billing address are entered correct. If this issue persists, please contact your bank.

How can I make sure my payment is secure?

At IMAGE we value your security and understand the importance of keeping your safety. To ensure your security we chose the OTP security method at check out.

How can I know if an item is back in stock?

Found the perfect item for your home but it’s out of stock? You can check back on our website between 4-6 weeks and check if it’s back in stock! Or contact our customer service hotline at 15073

I found something in store but I can’t find it on the website, why is that?

Please be aware that availability of items can be different from one store to the other and is dependent on stock availability. Some items may not be available due to selling out and/or high demand, if you have any questions or concerns regarding an item please contact our hotline 15073.
